Chamomile flowers are rich in tisane that aid indigestion and insomnia as well as relieve stress. Grow the plant and cultivate the flowers and leaves then infuse one and a half table spoons in a cup of boiling water to produce the tea. The seeds should germinate within 2-3 weeks and should produce flowers 10-12 weeks later. The leaves of organic coriander can be used extensively in cooking. With their unique flavour they will add an interesting flavour to a whole host of foods, including fish, soups and meats. They also have been used as a folk medicine for the relief of anxiety and insomnia. Expect your plant to germinate in 7-14 days. Harvest when it reaches a suitable size.
